The Confluence of Twin Blades
The dust settled over the Shiv Temple as the volcanic wind howled. Purushottam stood atop the golden steps, the blazing golden sword Prachanda humming with intense solar energy. Across the volcanic crack stood Mrutyunjay, his dark robe fluttering in the heat, holding the abyssal blade Tamasa. The air vibrated with unresolved Dharma.
Translation: When the blazing solar power (Prachanda) and the abyssal dark energy (Tamasa) merge in the great battle, they churn the wheel of time itself to firmly re-establish eternal Dharma.
Sage Maitreya descended from the high altar, holding his ancient staff Brahmdand. The air between the warriors was thick with philosophical dispute. Mrutyunjay’s shoulders were tensed, his hands gripping the hilt as he prepared to speak. The debate was no longer of words, but of the very cosmos.
⚔ Shastrarth Debates: Law vs Survival ⚔
O Sage, how can we speak of static, administrative Dharma when the very lives of our people are being ground to dust by the northern legions? If I must shatter the ancient pacts to save a thousand mothers of Awanti, is that not the highest duty?
Satyaki, you see the immediate fire, but not the ash it leaves for a hundred generations. Dharma is not a rule to be bent for comfort; it is the structural integrity of the cosmos. If you break the cosmic law to survive, what is it that survives? A corrupted shell, devoid of light.
Then let me be that shell, O Sage. Let me burn in the eternal fire of the Shiv Temple, let my Saptkundalini shatter. I would rather be damned in the eyes of the gods than watch Swarngiri fall to silence.
As Maitreya fell silent, Mrutyunjay closed his eyes. The ambient temperature fell. Below the peak, the legions clapped their shields. Far to the west, Parantap realized the trap was closing, and his mind reached out into the astral plane.
Purushottam, do you hear me? Raudrakarma has activated the Saptkundalini block in the western valley. The ambient ether is collapsing.
I hear you, Parantap. My sword Prachanda is losing its flame. Can you guide Virbahu to breach the western array?
Already channeling the route to his mind. He is charging with the Kumudini. Hold your position for three breaths.
Purushottam felt the mental surge from Parantap. With a swift movement, he raised his blazing sword. The solar heat flared, pushing back the volcanic soot. The battle of Swarngiri had begun.
